Your goal for coaching CFBD athletes: Turning “I can’t” into “Boom I did it”. I want my athletes to give everything they got in a WOD.
Class time you workout: 4:30pm -5:30pm
1 thing you want someone new to CrossFit to know: Don’t be afraid of trying something out of your comfort zone. Every workout is scalable, meaning it can be modified to your abilities. This is not a gym where you show up put your head phones in and you do your own little workout routine. You workout as a class and by the end of the WOD you will be cheering each other on and pushing the ones still finishing to get that last lift or round in. When some bench mark workouts are complete, don’t be surprised if you get asked to go grab a cheat meal or even an adult beverage, because it is a family here not just a gym.
