Your goal for coaching CFBD athletes: For them all to be “Better than Yesterday” and create a great sense of community with like-minded individuals. I want to help them achieve their personal goals along the way.
One thing everyone should know about you: I was stationed in England when I was on Active Duty with the US Air Force and had a great time traveling.
Class time when you work out: 6:00am or whenever life allows
One thing you want someone new to CrossFit to know: CrossFit is scalable for all individuals. Even though I’ve done CrossFit for many years, I still scale workouts. It’s about becoming a better you. The challenges in our daily life seem less significant after a tough CrossFit workout.
